I’ve fallen in love with a beautiful brick… Unfortunately, it’s a ceramic facing brick (Röben Aarhus white-gray). This would not only cost me an extra charge for the brick itself but also significantly higher labor costs because of the more complex installation :-(
I’ve been searching through all kinds of brick manufacturers for several days now, but it seems this color is only available in “premium” options :p
My general contractor said that light (gray) bricks are currently in trend, so that’s my hope:

How much did it cost for how many square meters? And a question for everyone: Who carries out the bricklaying? Does the shell builder also do that when they are already on site building the walls?

I can’t give an exact price. Based on our fixed price deal of 800€ per thousand bricks, there was an additional cost of about 5,000€ for the bricks and installation (different format, low water absorption) for an area of around 220sqm (2,368 sq ft).
For us, the company that constructed the shell also carried out the brickwork.
