Hi everyone,
We’re trying to figure out the best way to install our bedroom cabinets under the sloped ceiling.
On both sides of the dormer, there is room for a tall wardrobe for each of us. Built-in wardrobes are not an option for now, as they would cost between 6,000 and 8,000 € (approximately $6,400 to $8,500). They are probably worth that much, but it exceeds our budget.
With Ikea Platsa, we could make the most of the space. However, we don’t find the quality particularly great – plus, it lacks the wide range of interior fittings like the Pax system.
Pax would also be possible. However, we would need to shorten the carcasses and doors to fit the space under the slope. We’re not sure how well that would work. Has anyone had experience with this?
Otherwise, online wardrobe planners are also very expensive, so that’s out.
Does anyone have alternative suggestions?
