Hello,
I have built a small garden shed made of WPC (wood-plastic composite). Since I cannot use nails or screws on the WPC decking on the roof, I applied an EPDM membrane with the appropriate surface adhesive. This makes the roof completely watertight. The downside is that it doesn’t look very good visually. Now I want to stick bitumen shingles onto the EPDM membrane. According to my information, cold adhesive cannot be used for this. Does anyone have a tip on which adhesive can be used in this case?

Why not?

Install counter battens on top and fix leftover genuine roof tiles from classifieds like eBay Kleinanzeigen. In my opinion, this looks best. We even used them on my parents' small chicken coop (for 6 chickens).

How do you fasten the counter battens?

@MiGi1967 You should ask the manufacturer of the membrane which type of adhesive they recommend. I wouldn’t experiment with it, or you won’t enjoy the membrane for long.

I wouldn’t use nails or screws since they would damage the continuous EPDM membrane. Roof tiles are not an option due to the load on the roof.
