ᐅ Should I get quotes for the landscaping now or wait until next year?

We all know that interest rates are rising. We want to renovate our outdoor area and are wondering whether we should get quotes from companies now or later in the fall/winter. The money is available. Demand is expected to decrease. What is your opinion?

If saving money is your main concern, my advice is: do it right away. The sooner you finish your outdoor landscaping, the sooner you can enjoy it and have a better time there. That is usually the goal of these projects. The small amount of money that might differ between this year and next, especially since it’s unclear which direction prices will go, wouldn’t influence me—especially if I had available funds. 😉
