CH1975Hello everyone
First of all: I am from Switzerland.
We have a ground-floor rental apartment (built in 2015) with very high-end ownership standards.
The building is constructed to the Minergie standard and has a ground-source heat pump.
Part of the apartment (master bedroom, another room) is located directly above the heating room. Throughout the apartment, you can hear the noise that occurs when the second compressor switches on.
Is this normal? Should this be accepted at this price level? Or should the heating system be completely silent? What can one reasonably expect?
From the builder's side, the response is that everything is within normal limits and you just have to live with it. They say the reaction is overly sensitive.
Thank you for your feedback.
Best regards
