Hello.
We are currently planning to build a house. To avoid underestimating the costs, I wanted to ask roughly about the expenses before approaching a construction company for quotes.
What would a concrete slab foundation cost?
And the walls and the roof?
We are thinking about building a bungalow, meaning a single-story house without a basement. The size would be approximately 9 x 15 meters (30 x 50 feet).
Oh, one more question: do you have any experience with Klimapor?
Thanks.

Before collecting quotes from various providers, your first step should be to consult a trusted financier—not only your primary bank but also an independent lender. This way, you will generally know very precisely what budget is available to you and avoid uncertainty.
The second decision should focus on the type of building system. Whether a prefabricated or solid (masonry) house, with more or less self-construction work. In the "Guides" section on the left, you will find valuable information that will surely help you decide.
Depending on the system and provider, you may not need to commission the requested trades separately, as they might be part of the construction contract. So first, decide which direction the construction project should take.
For a solid masonry house based on the given basic data and assuming a turnkey handover, you should calculate costs starting at around 180,000 euros (about $190,000) for the bungalow; naturally, the price can go higher.
Best regards
