ᐅ Gas heater beeping – should I call a heating engineer?

Hello, does anyone know what this could be? Something in the gas heating system beeps when you flush the toilet. Unfortunately, I have no idea about this.

Hello, that’s what I would say too.
A valve that is not fully open or fully closed.
I have a similar issue in my house.
Occasionally, when water is running into the bathtub, the shut-off valve for the water rattles even when it is fully open.
It doesn’t whistle, it rattles instead. But at a very high frequency, so it could easily be mistaken for a whistle.
I have to turn the control knob about half a centimeter (0.2 inches), then it stops.
