For many, it is considered dirty. It also doesn’t look good when crushed leaves are scattered everywhere—not just a few leaves—blowing around well into the summer.

I know, and that’s a bit of a shame. As the crime scene cleaner says: dirt is simply matter in the wrong place. Fallen leaves belong in the garden, even though sometimes they are cleared away in certain areas to keep, for example, a lawn looking neat.

I raided my husband’s wallet and went to the local garden center. 😀
This is what I came back with. They are now waiting on the porch, hoping for a thunderstorm, and will be planted during the week. 🙂
2 wild grapevines, 3 butterfly bushes, 2 blueberry plants, 1 currant bush, and 5 lavenders.
The total cost was €70. Do you think that was reasonable? Normal, cheap, or expensive?

70 euros for everything is quite cheap.
