I find gardening relaxing.

I would need about 8,000 to 10,000 square meters (approximately 86,000 to 108,000 square feet) for my ideas.

When relaxation turns into an obligation, the hobby is gone.
I would also like to have 3,000 to 4,000 square meters (32,000 to 43,000 square feet) of land. And the money to pay someone for its maintenance.

Oh great, so much space. A stream with a large (swimming) pond...
And definitely 2-3 big trees. A willow, a linden... oh, I would love to have so much space.

But as @guckuck2 wrote, it requires personnel. Otherwise, it becomes overgrown, or you end up spending hours there every day.
At that point, you can no longer really enjoy it.
Therefore, we will try to design the garden to be low-maintenance and automate certain tasks.
Our small garden will be sufficient for us.

Due to maintenance requirements, we will not plant a hedge, for example. Even if you chose something slow-growing, it would still be 150 meters (490 feet) that need trimming, plus dealing with all the green waste...

It definitely helps to choose native plants that are hardy and suitable for the soil. However, if you stubbornly try to keep plants in the garden that aren’t really suited to the conditions, the efforts to keep them alive naturally become very demanding.
