Hello,
we are currently planning our house. We have a building envelope of 9m (29.5 feet) in width and 12m (39.4 feet) in length.
The requirement is to have a parking space at or in the house.
We are considering integrating a garage within the house. This way, we could fully use the 9m (29.5 feet) width for the entire house.
But would this also cause significantly higher costs?
Alternatively, we could plan some space next to the house for a carport or parking space. This area next to the house could also be used as an additional outdoor seating area for a table tennis table, for example. However, this would reduce the living area on the ground floor, making the house narrower.
What do you think? Which option is better?

How much extra does it cost to include a garage in the house?

Can you draw it out?
I assume you will need almost the entire building plot for your house.

I estimate just under 10,000. + Garage

What bothers me more is the narrow house that remains. Just Google Schwörerhaus E 15-150.2
That is what remains for the house on the length of the garage. Actually, even a few centimeters (inches) less.

Parking spaces must be placed to the side... at least one

Could you please show the layout graphically?

yes, the carport must be within the building envelope
However, this does not necessarily exclude the building setback area—unless the plot is located at the edge of the building envelope (but in that case, there are often special building envelopes "Ga").
