Three garages will need new roofs in the near future.
Since the family is growing, we are now considering replacing them with a single-family house.
What would be a rough estimate of the total cost for a one-story rectangular building measuring 12 x 6 x 4 meters (length x width x height)?

Windows/doors
etc...?
