Hello everyone,

I have a garage with a concrete foundation and a natural stone floor on top. The natural stone floor acts like a sponge; I have high humidity and recurring mold in the garage... which definitely needs to go 🙂 But what should I use instead?

What is the proper construction for a garage?

- Strip foundation
- Gravel
- Concrete paving

or?

- Foundation
- Screed
- Tiles

or?

What would be the optimal solution?

Best regards,
Markus

P.S.: Should I drill holes in the concrete ceiling to allow air to escape?

Oh, not all at once, I can’t process that that quickly 🙂
