Hello everyone, we received the plans from the architect today, and the driveway to the garage is supposed to have a 12-degree slope. Do you think my cars (new 5-series and 3-series BMW) will bottom out on it? Up to what slope angle can you comfortably drive over? Are there ways to reduce the steepness? The driveway is about 5m (16 feet) long and 70cm (28 inches) at its highest point. Thanks in advance.

That depends on several factors.
A BMW typically has a long wheelbase, short overhangs, and a relatively low front end.
What will the driveway be like? Flat street, 12-degree slope, flat garage? Slope between street and garage? How wide is it?
If the driveway is wide and slopes down toward the house, it will be much easier for you, since you will have fewer issues driving over it at a slight angle...
Please provide details.
Also keep in mind that ground clearance tends to be rather low.

At a 12-degree slope and a 5m (16 feet) driveway, the height difference is 1.04m (3.4 feet).
That corresponds to roughly a 21% gradient (21cm (8 inches) per 1m (3.3 feet)).
A 5-series BMW has a wheelbase of 3.10m (10.2 feet), so the maximum height difference should be around 1.55m (5.1 feet).
With a consistent slope, you will therefore need 33cm (13 inches) of ground clearance when the vehicle is loaded.
Have fun.
