Hello
We are completely dissatisfied with the work of a flooring installer. We also believe that the work delivered does not meet any standards or even the most basic quality requirements.
After a brief and direct conversation with the flooring installer, it became clear that he considers the job finished on his part—he sees no defects.
Since we cannot accept this and therefore do not want to pay the invoice, we feel compelled to take legal action. This can only be done through a neutral expert assessment, right? Even though this will probably be quite expensive and time-consuming.
Does anyone know of a company in Switzerland that provides expert assessments and is recommended?
Who ultimately has to bear the costs in such cases?
I would appreciate any information – wolly

Hello,
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend anyone. However, your approach is the right one since there is no basis for discussion. The relatively high costs must ultimately be borne by the party at fault in the legal dispute... so consider the risk carefully. If you are confident that you are in the right, then fight for your rights.
Best regards
Sandy
