ᐅ Fryebo Lamp

I bought a Fryebo lamp because I really liked the design. I’m a bit confused by the user manual: can I operate it with batteries, connect it to the mains power, or ??? Can anyone help me out???

I was able to read this as well – but what does it mean for practical use? 😕 😕

Is it simplest to just connect the lamp directly to the power supply??? – A plug is available! Or do I need to remove the batteries then? Or can I run it continuously on mains power and still have it operate for a short time (3 hours) without power?

Who has practical experience? 😕 😕 😕 ???
