Hello everyone,
we are currently in the process of finalizing the design for our front garden.
The right side is a bit tricky, as you can see in the pictures, there is a slope from the front door down to the right corner of the house. We would actually like to have a flower bed there, similar to the one on the left side. Now the question is, how should we retain the soil on the right? Would you build a concrete block wall? A railing would then need to be installed on top of the wall.

Things aren’t looking very ideal…
We’re a bit unsure at the moment.

One of the pictures shows the suggestion from our excavator operator.
Greetings and thanks

I wouldn’t have filled it up at all. Perennials don’t mind whether the ground is flat or sloped.

We are a bit puzzled right now.
I am too, regarding modern art; it could use some explanation here and there...

I also find modern art a bit confusing; a little explanation here and there wouldn’t hurt...

Explanations in what sense? I’d be happy to send more pictures.

We also want, for example, to hide this ugly light well.
It should look harmonious and green, with bushes, trees, and shrubs.
But it’s simply difficult—how can we best manage this considering the slope?

Something tall planted in front accordingly. Maybe evergreen.
