ᐅ The front-facing windows are suboptimal and need to be improved.

Hello,
we have already started construction and the shell is complete. Unfortunately, looking back now, I find the front elevation bothers me. Even during the planning phase, I wasn’t completely convinced, but I was repeatedly told that the house should be designed from the inside out. We have now decided to accept changes costing up to 4,000 EUR to avoid living with this discomfort for a lifetime. Unfortunately, the changes can only be made after the building acceptance. Many things can be done by my husband, who already has a lot of DIY experience. Every time I look at it, I feel like giving up, and I hope you can save the façade with some great ideas.
I’m uploading a few pictures.
Thank you very much in advance

They also sent us the drafts while I was in the delivery room. I had been under pressure for months because I knew exactly that after giving birth I wouldn’t have the headspace for it anymore. It took way too long, and now I’m really blaming myself for not taking more time.
There is a street running along the front, but it’s not used very often. How would it look if the master bathroom window was placed on the left side above the toilet? Would it be better for the front if there was no window there?

How would you clean the window next to the stairs? I don’t think I’d be able to reach it at all.In our first house, we had a similar window that I cleaned using a telescopic pole. I also once had a professional window cleaner who set up a ladder inside on the stairs.
I really like your husband’s idea! It’s also much more cost-effective than actually changing anything about the windows.
Don’t worry too much about how things have turned out. In the end, you’ll still be happy in your beautiful home. You get used to everything, even the dative case. 😉

I hope things work out happily too. At the moment, nothing is going smoothly, and I sometimes wish I had never started the building project. But do you mean that only changing the master bathroom would cost a lot?My gut feeling is that it would already cost you a five-figure amount if you can only tackle it after the final inspection. Especially—do you really want that? When you’re already stressed with the construction, you’re relieved once that phase is over, right? Then you don’t want to reopen the facade and interior finishes again.
