ᐅ The front-facing windows are suboptimal and need to be improved.

Hello,
we have already started construction and the shell is complete. Unfortunately, looking back now, I find the front elevation bothers me. Even during the planning phase, I wasn’t completely convinced, but I was repeatedly told that the house should be designed from the inside out. We have now decided to accept changes costing up to 4,000 EUR to avoid living with this discomfort for a lifetime. Unfortunately, the changes can only be made after the building acceptance. Many things can be done by my husband, who already has a lot of DIY experience. Every time I look at it, I feel like giving up, and I hope you can save the façade with some great ideas.
I’m uploading a few pictures.
Thank you very much in advance

Maybe something like this? Sorry for the poor Photoshop editing. The idea would be to move away from the many different window sizes towards symmetrical windows. However, that would be well beyond the $4,000 budget, especially if done after the final inspection. You would have to tear everything open again and redo the facade, or am I mistaken?

Especially that small window in the top right corner really bothers me.I understand, that would bother me a lot too, both from the outside and inside. I would only consider such a small window for a guest restroom, not for a bathroom where parents get ready every day. I’m afraid it won’t be possible to make it bigger because of the shower. It could be made with frosted glass, but it would still be right in your shower and opening it would be difficult.I like the suggestion from @Baranej, especially because of the window in the stairwell area. Otherwise, your upstairs hallway is quite dark, and it would also look better from the outside with a window.

Yes, I would like to make the changes now, but the site manager has been refusing for two months, saying it would delay construction. The funny thing is, nothing has been done for two months either because he can’t find a roofer…. The floor-to-ceiling windows wouldn’t work because the rooms on the left are bathrooms. In one, the shower is in front of the window, in the other, it’s the bathtub.
@Costruttrice
That’s exactly the frosted glass option I had in mind. I currently have it just like that in the shower. I don’t understand why they tried to convince me that a smaller window at the top would be better. That’s really the window that bothers me the most. How would you clean the window by the stairs? I don’t think I’d be able to reach it at all.

Yes, I would like to make the changes now, but the construction manager has been refusing for two months because it would delay the build. The funny thing is that nothing has been done in the past two months either because he can't find a roofer… The floor-to-ceiling windows wouldn't work because the rooms on the left are the bathrooms. One has the shower in front, the other the bathtub.You’re right, I just noticed the bathroom issue as well. Although, in the master bathroom with the shower, I wouldn’t see it as a huge problem. I find the bathroom generally quite small, but you could use frosted or satin glass. However, from the front view, I assume there’s also a street running there?
I don’t think Baranej’s suggestion is a bad one either.
Overall, it’s tricky. I guess the construction manager can refuse because the planning permission has already been finalized a long time ago. It’s frustrating that they are being so uncooperative when nothing is really progressing anyway. :/
I would focus on the visual aspect. For example, you can visually enlarge the too-small windows by painting the surrounding area in a darker color. You can also do this yourself in the end. Another option is to attach wooden elements. A window should not end up looking like just a black rectangle on the facade.
