ᐅ Front view, attractive entrance area ... looking for advice!

Hello everyone,

maybe you can help me. We are planning to build in the near future and have been working on floor plans and so on for some time.
My wife places great importance on a "nice" front view of the house. Specifically, she would like:

Basement: Front door with sidelights centrally positioned, with two windows arranged symmetrically on each side, front door set back (by one brick?).
Upper floor: Triangular glass element with a break in the eaves (a kind of dormer, similar to a captain’s or Frisian gable, but recessed).

She doesn’t like covered entrances with glass roofs.

Does anyone have an idea what my wife means, so I can search for it online? Maybe there are images or drawings available.

I think it’s great if my wife likes it; usually women seem to have a better eye for these things… right! 🙂

Best regards and thanks

The Schwabenhaus Da capo 86 has a similar gable – just not set back.

That's it... 🙂 🙂 !!!

Remove the columns, angle the front 45° inward, and have two 87.5 cm (35 inches) windows on each side in the basement... I can tell my wife has good taste... 😀

THANK YOU!!! Great user!

If anyone happens to have more pictures, links, floor plans, or similar, please share, and also feel free to share your experiences with Schwabenhaus...
