Hello,
Does anyone have experience with the foundation and activation of ductile piles (energy piles)?
If so, I am interested in exchanging information.
Thank you in advance.
Best regards,
Andreas

Since pile foundations are generally considered the most challenging option in the foundation area, no one chooses them willingly. Whether you can make a virtue out of necessity by using the piles as probes... well, I’d say a proper ground probe costs around €7,000 to €15,000 (approximately $7,400 to $15,900), varying significantly by region. Just use that as a benchmark for the additional cost of pile foundations compared to “energy piles.”
