Unfortunately, I find German floor plans terribly boring. The plans are obviously in Polish and probably do not comply with German building regulations. Does anyone have any experience with this? Does it make sense to hire a German architect here and give them the plans? Is it enough to have the plans professionally translated and hire a construction manager? Is construction in Poland very different from construction in Germany? Thanks for any advice on this topic.

What happens if I already have German, approved architectural plans? Is a site manager sufficient then, or do I need both? In other words, do I also need the architect involved until the end?
