ᐅ When it comes to toilets, is it a matter of personal preference whether to choose Grohe, Geberit, or another brand?

I know someone will immediately mention Mercedes or BMW... For some, that’s the same, but I would clearly choose BMW. However, that’s not the point here ^^

Are both now (Grohe and Geberit) on the same quality level, meaning it’s purely a matter of personal preference which one I choose? For example, if one Grohe Rapid SL flush system only produces 21 dB (21 dB) noise and that is important to me, can I confidently go for it?

We decided on the Geberit Icon toilet!

Reason? It is fully enclosed on the outside, so there are no dirt traps and it is easy to clean. Inside, it is the easiest-to-clean rimless toilet we found. No edges where dirt can accumulate, and so on.

Great toilet – but the sinks also have a stylish design. And they are quite affordable too. I installed them as well.

I find the term "matter of personal taste" rather odd when used in connection with toilets.
We have rimless toilets from Vigour and Geberit flushing systems. The flushing mechanism was not very important to us, so we went with what the plumbing and heating company preferred to install. There is not much difference in quality—each manufacturer offers different shapes and finishes.
