We are experiencing fogging issues. Has anyone had experience with this?

We have renovated our condominium twice already, and the phenomenon keeps recurring. In March of this year, a building biologist visited and took samples.

The whole situation is very unclear.

Can anyone provide some insight?

Fogging is not yet fully understood. Generally, as far as I know, it often occurs with rising air. For example, above radiators. In our old apartment, we had a similar issue above the spot where my living room PC and radio receiver were located. Next to it was also a radiator. At my parents' house, a similar effect was observed above a frequently used radiator. The hi-fi system was also close by there.

What is located below or near your setup in terms of equipment?

What timeframes are we talking about here? In other words, how long is it from the last paint job until areas become visibly problematic?

Fogging is likely related both to cool walls and to a high amount of plastic materials in living spaces.

Therefore, the question is: what type of flooring do you have? Do you have new furniture? What material are your curtains made of, etc.?

We have a smart TV as part of the technology setup.
For flooring, we have vinyl laminate with cork insulation.
The renovation before moving in was in October 2015, and the next renovation was in October 2018...
Each time, a few weeks after the renovation, the phenomenon occurred...
We do not have any new furniture...
