ᐅ Standard or required height for a flowing screed build-up? Regulation height?

VeNiceHello Forum,
I am currently in the shell construction phase of my house project. Attached to the house is a 4x9m (13x30 ft) garage with access from the house. When my house floor screed is installed, I want to have the garage floor filled at the same time.
At the moment, the concrete slab on the ground floor is at the same level in both the house and the garage.
According to the plan, the floor build-up inside the house (insulation, underfloor heating, and screed) is 17cm (7 inches).
Now for my first question:
The rough opening height of the passage door (finished height door) from the house to the garage is 220.5cm (87 inches).
The door itself measures 100x200cm (39x79 inches).
As far as I know, there should be a step inside the garage at this connection. The garage will also have a flowing screed floor. How high will the floor build-up be if applied directly on the concrete slab? Will the height of the step then still be within standards? Is there a standardized or regulatory height for this step?
My second question:
I want to install a sectional door in the garage. Should the door be installed before the screed is laid?
The rough opening dimensions are 223cm (88 inches) high and 301cm (118 inches) wide. A standard door of 300x225cm (118x89 inches) should fit there.
Thank you very much
