ᐅ Flooring, Drying Time

Hello everyone,
we have decided on vinyl flooring. The underfloor heating will be turned on in November, and we can start doing the self-installed work, including the flooring, only in spring after handover from the builder.

Can we assume that after three to five months there will be no issues with residual moisture or similar, and the flooring can be simply installed?
