Hello,

we are currently building. On the ground floor (underfloor heating), the screed was apparently poured in two stages (see photo). It looks like they stopped in the middle of the room on Friday and continued on Monday.

Could this cause any problems? If so, what kind?

Thanks in advance!

In my opinion, no problems are to be expected, as both parties form a homogeneous bond.

I don’t have enough knowledge to make a definitive assessment. However, considering that screed is usually processed by cutting, inserting connectors, and then sealing the cuts with resin, I would at least have some reservations about whether this approach is acceptable.
