Hanging laundry in the walk-in closet?
And,
Overall, I’m wondering why we are even supposed to share our opinions if the immediate response is always “no, I’m not familiar with that, I don’t need it” and it seems like it hasn’t even been discussed or thought through within the family. 😉
And,
MarkusFie schrieb:“We don’t know it any other way” is actually always a reason to reconsider something, precisely BECAUSE you don’t know it any other way.
We only have one terrace access, and it is from the living/dining room. Or rather, both of us grew up with it that way, and it doesn’t bother us.

I have some concerns about the shower in the attic – how tall are you?
The shower is positioned pretty much right at the 2 m (6 ft 7 in) mark on the "outer side," correct?
I’m 190 cm (6 ft 3 in) tall myself – so our rain shower had to be installed at least 230 cm (7 ft 6 in) high to work properly. My wife is 175 cm (5 ft 9 in) and I am 189 cm (6 ft 2 in).
The bathroom definitely won’t be done like that (that was the architect’s idea). Our plan: the shower will be where the sinks are now, and the bathtub will go where the shower currently is. The sinks will be placed on the wall facing the stairwell.
I hope this makes some sense 😀
Why do you shield the terrace from the evening sun? I would place a gate with a wall between the garage and the house—as a windbreak—and plan a (partly) covered terrace on the west side of the garage and in front of the kitchen, with direct kitchen access to the terrace. This way, you get the evening sun and a direct route from the kitchen.

So .. the oven is supposed to go into the niche .. extra countertop space with it?This is the first kitchen layout my wife developed together with the kitchen fitter. The countertop in the middle will (according to the current plan) be slightly reduced, as the kitchen area has become a bit smaller.
@MarkusFie ... you should remove the kitchen plan since it shows your full names.
And a tip for general floor plan discussions: always align all plans consistently according to the orientation in the first post.
Regarding the kitchen... I would always place more pure countertop space in front of the window. The window sill height is probably set so that the worktop runs into the window reveal. Move the sink to the side, that way you get more usable countertop space.
Otherwise... try to avoid 30cm (12 inch) cabinets 😉
