Is there a specific reason for the unique house design and the staircase location? Generally, it is advisable to have the main access centrally located within a house to ensure short travel distances, meaning less circulation space and no long, narrow corridors.
However, I would be somewhat cautious with these designs. If this is just an initial attempt, that’s fine, but if these are already final drafts, you might want to consider changing the architect. We went through the same process about eight weeks ago and now have an amazing result with our new architect. It might be worth considering for you as well.
Good luck!

I find the design poor, mainly because of the ground floor. The living/dining/kitchen layout is, in my opinion, totally unacceptable!
From the entrance hall, you first face a narrow (about 1m wide (3 feet)) passageway.
How big is the table? 1.4–1.6m (4.5–5.2 feet)? Placing three chairs side by side will be quite tight... With 3-4 children, so 5-6 regular users, that is clearly too small! What will you do when you have guests?
In a new build with so many children, in my opinion the table should be closer to 2.4m+ (7.9 feet), so that 8 people can sit down comfortably without twisting or having to carry chairs around, etc.
The passageway to the living room also feels too narrow... The person sitting at the head of the table will probably feel like they’re sitting on a busy corridor...
How is the kitchen supposed to be accessed? The narrow passage can probably only be used sideways?
The children’s rooms are not really large and are partly difficult to furnish...
The spaciousness on the top floor doesn’t seem to match the cramped conditions on the ground and first floors, in my opinion...
