Alessandro17 Mar 2020 11:15Try adding furniture to the plans. Especially in the children's rooms, this will hardly work due to the narrow, small spaces....
I would also suggest furnishing the space realistically and not forgetting about the walking paths.
The children's rooms are quite narrow. Why is there no window on the long side of the room?
The staircase is very steep! With a floor-to-ceiling height of 3m (10 feet), the angle is 40°.
The kitchen is not connected to the dining table, and the terrace is even further away.
Are you aware of the advantages and disadvantages of a decentralized ventilation system?
Why not install underfloor heating throughout the entire basement?
