Try adding furniture to the plans. Especially in the children's rooms, this will hardly work due to the narrow, small spaces....

I would also suggest furnishing the space realistically and not forgetting about the walking paths.

The children's rooms are quite narrow. Why is there no window on the long side of the room?

The staircase is very steep! With a floor-to-ceiling height of 3m (10 feet), the angle is 40°.

The kitchen is not connected to the dining table, and the terrace is even further away.

Are you aware of the advantages and disadvantages of a decentralized ventilation system?

Why not install underfloor heating throughout the entire basement?

Parents get the rarely used bedroom on the sunny south side, while the children spend their time on the dark north side? That doesn’t seem right to me.

The ceiling height would be 2.6 meters (8.5 feet). We have already included the furniture in the plan, but it is on my partner’s phone, so I couldn’t insert it. What would you change in the floor plan? We didn’t want a completely open kitchen.

The second children’s room is not dark because sunlight comes in from the west. We saw it like this at the neighbors’ house.
