ᐅ Floor Plan of a Narrow, Rectangular L-Shaped House on a Triangular Plot with an Oak Tree

Hello everyone!

We have purchased a triangular plot of land. As if that weren’t complicated enough, there is also a large oak tree that must be considered during the planning. In our initial considerations, it quickly became clear that the floor plan will have an L-shape.

Does anyone here have experience with this type of plot and a correspondingly shaped floor plan? What additional information is needed to get meaningful advice?

Best regards

Roughly speaking, the base of the trunk is about 15.5 to 16 meters (51 to 52.5 feet) away from the northeast corner.

I actually agree with that.

And I also consider the radius of 7.50 m (24.6 feet) to be realistic. … Oops, I just went back and the first drawing shows 7 m (23 feet).

But since I also think the oak tree is located further east, I’ll stick with 7.5 m (24.6 feet).

@haydee … I was just trying to visualize the statements made by @Oakland. I’m not in favor of the underground garage on the plot either. But Oakland seems to need “proof” for our claims that the plot is unsuitable or cannot be built on according to their wishes.

Is it actually a problem that the land is classified as garden land/agricultural land in the cadastral map and not as residential building land?

The original poster clearly stated (#39) that there is a 7m (23 feet) radius plus a 1.50m (5 feet) mandatory distance. To what extent the latter can possibly be circumvented is probably best known by Escroda .

I didn’t see that, unfortunately. I’ve flipped through here countless times but I’m also tired of scrolling endlessly. I’ll move on.

The drawing!
Yes, and it clearly lacks two measurements: first, the position of the trunk, and second, what remains on the right/east side.

As ypg already mentioned...... before things get even more confusing, the original poster should say something about it. This does not mean that I think the ideas of other users here are bad, quite the opposite!!
