simonmarkus1971 May 2020 23:37Hello,
we have finally found a plot to build a single-family home. Due to the setback requirements from our neighbors, the developer sent us the floor plan. I am still unsure to what extent the narrow layout might cause concerns or difficulties in daily life. I have no clear idea yet. Perhaps some of you have experience with this. I cannot expand the width. Once we commit, we have to live with this property. I would appreciate it if you could share your opinion or suggest any improvements.

There is a dedicated subforum for floor plan discussions here: https://www.hausbau-forum.de/forums/grundrissplanung-Grundstücksplanung.237/
When posting your project, please also include the pinned questionnaire and the upper floor (OG).
A rather narrow building project like this can be very comfortable to live in. I already know what I would change.
