Such a precise description is rare.
Are there no actual elevation data from the surveyor?
Dimensions of the plot are also quite nice.

Dimensions of the plot are also nice.We are still waiting for the surveyor. The plot is approximately 22m (72 feet) east-west and 30m (98 feet) north-south.EFhaeusle schrieb:
BZH: Reference height and mbH: with limited height... and I’m no wiser than before: is a reference height (usually given in meters above sea level) specified for each plot?; "limited heights" usually refer to townhouses and detached houses where specified (the maximum is exactly what might be indicated).https://www.instagram.com/11antgmxde/

... and I’m still as smart as before: is a reference elevation (usually in meters above sea level) provided for each plot?; "limited heights" are regular for townhouses and detached houses, if specified (the maximum height is exactly what is provided, if applicable).Yes, the reference elevation is given for each plot. In this case, at 663.25m (2176 ft) above sea level (+/- 0.25m (1 ft)).
