Hello everyone,

Due to a building setback on the plot, the house cannot be built as originally planned.
We have now designed a new floor plan ourselves.
Please share your opinions. Should anything still be changed or considered?

Plot size 369 sqm (3970 sq ft)
House size 9 x 9 meters (30 x 30 feet)
The house will have a basement

Floor plan: Hallway, two children's rooms, bedroom with dressing room, bathroom with bathtub.


Floor plan of an apartment: Living/dining, kitchen, entrance hall, bathroom, storage room, terrace 26 sqm (280 sq ft).

As you can see, with a depth of 9 meters (30 feet), you won’t have enough space at the top or bottom.

Rough estimate:
At the top: minimum dimensions of the bedroom 3.00 m (10 feet) + walk-in closet 2.40 m (8 feet) + stair length about 3.80 m (12.5 feet) + 1.10 m (3.5 feet) for walls.
At the bottom, it’s similar if you want a counter in the kitchen.

What does the original plan look like?

It might be helpful to fill out the questions that Yvonne has already pointed out beforehand. It’s important to consider what is desired and what the key parameters are.

This also makes it easier for the many committed users to assist.
