Hello, my wife and I have worked out a floor plan together that we both like.
I would appreciate some opinions from you, as we are having trouble fully visualizing the space and whether everything will work out.

Here are some brief key details: knee wall 75 cm (30 inches), gable roof with a 38° pitch.

The loggia has been repainted, and a storage room has been planned on this side as well.

The ground floor plan still lacks the garage on the side, through which you would then enter the house via the side corridor.

Where is north? At the top?

There are some things I don’t like about the plans: It’s going to be a huge house with a lot of space, so why only 13m² (140ft²) for the kids’ room... is that net floor area?
In my opinion, the kitchen is way too large, but everyone has their own preferences.
And 3 bathrooms? I would remove one of them.

North is to the left, so the entrance door faces south.
Yes, the children's rooms are measured as clear floor space. The knee wall is inconvenient but mandatory.
On the ground floor, there will only be a guest toilet, but with the option to install a shower.

Hi,
I’d like to share my thoughts as well:
- I don’t like the long hallway at the top (couldn’t it be shortened by half and the space given to the two rooms? They are quite small anyway, aren’t they? Having access to the bedroom through the walk-in closet also has advantages.
- I also think the kitchen is too big – do you really need that much space?
- Do you have or need two entrances? You could also optimize the hallway on the ground floor.

Good luck with the optimization!

Yes, we know the kitchen is quite large, but the other rooms on the ground floor are also all a good size, and making the entire floor plan smaller is nearly impossible because we need the space upstairs due to the sloping roof.
It is also planned that, in an emergency, the living room can be converted into an additional bedroom, then the dining room would serve as the living room, and the kitchen would include the dining area.
The second side entrance is actually from the garage, but it is just not shown in the plan.

I quite like the design. The only thing that immediately stands out to me is the door between the kitchen and living area—I would make it larger. Depending on your preferred interior style, maybe even floor-to-ceiling?
