Hello everyone,

We are expanding our commercial building. The ground floor will remain as is, and above we are adding two floors, creating a total of four apartments (two at the front, two at the back).

The children's room only fits a bed, nothing more, and it also serves as a passageway to the bathroom ... thanks a lot ... the apartment will never be rented by anyone with a child ... so just leave out the children's room altogether ...

My goodness, you are so resistant to advice. Just do it the way you think is best or as your great architect explained to you, and then please report back whether you found tenants. Based on experience, we probably won’t hear from you again.
