ᐅ Floor Plan (Request for Feedback)

Hello everyone,

We are expanding our commercial building. The ground floor will remain as is, and above we are adding two floors, creating a total of four apartments (two at the front, two at the back).

A 6sq m (65sq ft) children's room? You can't be serious.

Do you have to go through the children's room to get to the bathroom? Apartment 4 is really badly designed...

Apartment 4 is amazing. Harry Potter could move in right away and even has 2m² (22 sq ft) more than he did in his space under the stairs. Apartments 4 and 2 are practically located _inside_ the other apartments, which is not very pleasant.
I would divide the floors into left and right sections.
