Questionnaire About Your Floor Plan

For an individual and constructive assessment of your design, please provide the forum with the following information by copying the list below and including it in your post with the corresponding explanations.
Please also include a site plan showing existing trees, neighboring buildings, and the building area. Without a site plan, for example, the entrance area or the location of the garage/carport cannot be properly assessed. Elevations are also helpful to get a better understanding. If you already have any sketches or preliminary drafts, please upload these as well.

If you have already dealt with all details regarding financing, additional building costs, and the development plan (building permit / planning permission), filling this out should not be a problem for you.

Please keep in mind that these discussions here in the HBF are not led by architects or engineers, but by homeowners sharing their experiences, knowledge, thoughts, and considerations during their own house-building process. This feedback is valuable because it comes as brutally honest from the heart, but the feasibility should always be left to a professional.

What makes it particularly good or bad in your opinion?

And: It is possible that the design will be rejected by users in every aspect. The criticism is usually given to you unfiltered — so please be prepared for that. No one means any harm; rather, they want to share their perspective or open your eyes.

One last tip: also take a look at ongoing discussions and related threads. I often notice that similar inquiries run in parallel under the same conditions. Therefore, you will often find answers to your questions or ideas on how other users solve this or that issue in their house-building projects through these discussions.

Here is an important tip about stairs — provided by @kbt09:
