What could be improved in this floor plan?
We definitely want a straight staircase on the ground floor and a pantry under the stairs for the kitchen. Since everything is centered around the staircase, we have currently created the following design.

Here is another suggestion. The upper floor layout could also follow your proposal in #41. I just wanted to offer an alternative for a quick route to the bathroom.
Otherwise: If you want a fireplace, make sure to draw it to scale to avoid any disappointments later on!
