Hello everyone,
my name is Mike and I’m 30 years old.
After reading through several threads where floor plans were thoroughly analyzed and honestly evaluated, I would appreciate it if some of you could take the time to freely share your thoughts on my floor plan as well.
I am fully aware that I have hardly any idea how to properly create a floor plan and ask for your understanding. As the saying goes: "He always tried his best within his means."
About the plan:
The plot has been purchased. Construction is planned to start at the end of next year.
We will get advice from an architect at the end of this year, but my fiancée and I want to use the time we have wisely and have a floor plan as early as possible that fully satisfies us.
Thank you in advance!

Oh dear, this is difficult.
But swap the utility room with the children's bedroom. Try to make the children's bedroom larger. Extend the wall up to the hallway.
Reduce the size of the utility room and plan a wardrobe there.
One more thing, a 9m² (97 sq ft) walk-in closet sounds good, but you won’t really be able to use it!

I think having an en-suite bathroom is very nice, but I’m not so keen on the fact that the child and guests have to share the only remaining small bathroom. The walk-in closet is hardly usable. Besides, I wouldn’t feel comfortable always having to walk through this room to get to the bedroom or bathroom. If possible, I would also plan the children’s room a bit larger. In the living room, I would carefully consider what furniture to place and where. It still looks like the desired elements were planned in just to fit everything in. For me, the position of the fireplace is especially important.
A 5.1 sound system will be difficult to accommodate in the living room, but unfortunately, that’s a problem in almost all large living rooms. You have to think about how important that is to you. I would also plan the living room according to acoustic conditions, although few people do this. Moreover, it doesn’t help if, because of keeping the household peaceful, the speakers are placed directly in the corners of the room (speakers need space).

Thank you for the initial feedback.
Regarding the nursery:
Unfortunately, swapping the utility room and nursery is not an option for us, as it would eliminate access to the garage and, in our opinion, make the hallway feel too cramped. However, I found the comment about the nursery helpful. The size was indeed borderline. I was able to enlarge it by reducing the size of the master bathroom. I believe the bathroom dimensions should still be acceptable.
Regarding the walk-in closet:
The originally uploaded PDF did not display everything correctly. For this reason, I took a screenshot showing the pre-arranged IKEA furniture. Do you still think the layout is unfavorable? If so, which dimensions might be problematic?
Regarding the living room:
Option 5.1 will probably not work. You are probably right about that. However, I still don’t fully understand why the living room feels "overcrowded" to you. Which dimensions don’t seem to fit, or do you have an alternative idea to improve the feel? We actually thought the fireplace was well positioned. It’s visible from both the sofa and dining area, and you could even sit or lie directly in front of it on a large beanbag. What is your exact opinion on this?
The children’s and guest bathroom will likely be used by us as well during daily routines (except mornings and evenings). Since our current bathroom has a very similar size, we find this acceptable. If our child wants to take a bath later on, they are always welcome to use the master bathroom. The acoustic separation of the bedroom from the hallway, achieved through the walk-in closet, is a major advantage of this floor plan for us, as we have always wondered how to isolate the bedroom in a bungalow so that one can sleep during the day without noise (shift work).
I appreciate any further input.

Ashamed of myself.
