Hello,
in our new build, we will have a master bathroom directly connected to the bedroom.
The current plan shows the door leading directly from the bedroom into the bathroom. However, we have been thinking it might be better to access the bathroom from the hallway instead. This way, the free wall in the bedroom without a door can still be used, and it avoids disturbance if someone is in the bathroom while the other is in the bedroom.
Do you have any ideas on the best way to arrange the bathroom in this case? Perhaps simply swapping the positions of the door and toilet? Or does anyone have other suggestions?
The bathroom is 2.50 m (8 ft 2 in) wide and 3.20 m (10 ft 6 in) long (except for the offset where the shower is marked).

I would keep the sink by the window as in the original plan (daylight). The niche is also nice for that, in my opinion. The toilet and door should stay where they are now, but with the door hinged the other way. The shower and bathtub should be arranged in a row along the top of the plan.
...in front of the toilet, the stud wall will still be installed, you should measure to check if it’s too tight, possibly consider moving the door? The bathroom door made of frosted glass is also very nice, because of the light. If possible, possibly make it 1m (3.3 ft) wide, as this could be important later on.
The view when entering the bathroom—I would prefer a (stylish) washbasin area, and having the bathtub directly in front of the window is of course great.
