Fill out the questionnaire
Dimension the floor plans

There are several things I don't like at first glance.

Somewhat too convoluted... Maybe the room layout makes sense, for example due to the cardinal directions, or maybe not – who knows besides the original poster.

Hi. Too many corners and edges, small rooms (just a feeling).
How many people live in the house? 2 adults and 1-2 children?
How many in the granny flat / secondary unit?
We are also building a single-family house with a granny flat / secondary unit, but everything was planned "as needed."
I personally prefer fewer rooms that are large rather than many small rooms.
That’s why, for example, we have only 1 bedroom, 1 child’s room, and 1 guest room/office in about 170 square meters (1830 square feet), not including the granny flat / secondary unit.
