There is a zoning plan. I have included the requested points from it above, and I can provide more information if needed. What exactly is missing?

The plot measures approximately 18 x 25 m (59 x 82 feet), but it is not perfectly square, as shown in the plot overview image.

Out of 450 m² (4844 ft²), that equals 190 m² (2045 ft²). But in your case, it turned out to be a bit more.
