The utility room is integrated into the carport and is located on the boundary. Apparently, this is not an issue.

Watcher786 Feb 2016 09:52With the way you respond to criticism and the language you use, I can understand why no one wants to help you. If you believe you know better anyway and the floor plan is perfect, then leave it as is and submit the building permit / planning permission application.

The hallway is the main dirt barrier, if anyone knows that term. Nothing more, nothing less. It used to be for the children, now it is for the dogs.

Another option is to access the bathroom from the bedroom. I’m quite impressed with your design.

And always be sure to close the door in the guest toilet—blue knees probably aren’t comfortable in the long run. 😉
