Hello everyone

I am opening this for discussion.
The utility room is integrated into the carport and is located on the boundary. Apparently, this is not an issue.

Best regards, Portoalegre

Why do you ask for opinions here if you react this way? What is the point?

Unfortunately, your plan is only roughly dimensioned, but you can tell with the naked eye that your planned bathroom is only about 2.7 x 2.6 m (9 x 8.5 ft) in size. Likewise, your pantry has a maximum depth of about 115 cm (45 inches).
That is no longer up to date. Pantry is now 125 cm (49 inches) and bathroom is 3.20 m x 2.60 m (10.5 x 8.5 ft).

But a utility room is not a garage either 😉

Now let's let the man at the building authority do his job.

Yes, this is really hard to believe here. What’s the point of a discussion with a floor plan that is not up to date?

However, even with dimensions of 320 x 260 cm (126 x 102 inches) and a T-shaped layout in the bathroom, it is rather at least not ideal, especially if you are considering accessibility in a bungalow.

However, even with 320x260 cm (10 ft 6 in x 8 ft 6 in) and a T-layout in the bathroom, it is generally not ideal, especially if you consider accessibility for a bungalow. [/QUOTE]

Who wants to think about a wheelchair? I agree with you on that point.
