Did someone swallow a clown?
If you want to respond, you should answer questions in a factual manner; otherwise, in my opinion, you might find yourself quite isolated.

If you want to receive answers, you should respond to questions objectively; otherwise, in my opinion, it will get quite lonely around you.
Regards, Bauexperte That surprised me myself. According to my building supervisor, having a technical room located on the boundary line is not a problem.

T-solution on 6 sqm (65 sq ft)!? No way.
Where do you plan to wash and dry laundry? Where will the vacuum cleaner be stored? Washing and drying are planned to take place in the pantry niche.
It doesn’t have a width of 1.6m (5.3 feet)... do you want to listen to the spin cycle while watching TV, or were the doors simply not drawn in? Laundry baskets, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, along with detergent and bleach—all stored next to the potatoes in the 2 sqm (21.5 sq ft)? Good plan...

I was surprised myself. According to my building inspector, having the technical room on the property boundary is not a problem. I see it differently, because this room needs to be insulated—more or less—similar to living space; living areas are only allowed to be built very close to the property boundary under strict conditions.
This is how it is handled in North Rhine-Westphalia; I can hardly imagine that Bavaria has different regulations... although I am aware that rules can sometimes vary there.
