Hello everyone

I am opening this for discussion.
The utility room is integrated into the carport and is located on the boundary. Apparently, this is not an issue.

Best regards, Portoalegre

What kind of character are you?
With that attitude, you might as well pack your virtual bags and move to another forum.

By the way, your floor plan isn’t really impressive… if you want to continue this constructively, please provide proper dimensions, a site plan, and elevations.

For now, I think it’s quite okay. The orientation can be understood from the room layout.

- long piping
- dark entrance
- 0.5 sqm (5.4 sq ft) bathroom?!
- why a bathroom when 1 m (3.3 ft) of it is, admittedly, a somewhat awkwardly designed shower room?
- bedroom too narrow (?)
- no utility room!?!?

The office space will be reduced to allow for a practical guest restroom.
The main bathroom is planned as a T-shaped layout.
The bedroom will be enlarged to approximately 4m x 3.7m (13ft x 12ft).
