Furnishing is probably sensible for those inexperienced in construction craftsmanship. But a four-meter (13 feet) wardrobe... isn’t that a bit excessive? For two people, that’s rather little. We have three and two meters (10 and 6.5 feet).Melanie23 schrieb:
Also, the building plot no longer allows for a larger urban villa. How did you build your houses?I think that, considering you have repeatedly ignored our requests for information and the completed questionnaire, you have received enough answers. Asking a counter-question now seems rather one-sided to me. Who knows if you really want to build or if you are just a voyeur 😀 Happy holidays!M

It's not about the square meters, but how and why.
Here, floor plans of 200 square meters (2,150 square feet) for 3 people had artificial bottlenecks and made every Flair113 feel like a spacious palace.
Write down your exact room requirements. Not just bedroom, kitchen, bathroom,
but
Bedroom bed dimensions 210x220 cm (83x87 inches)
At least x centimeters (x inches) between wall and frame
At least 400 cm (13 feet) wardrobe
etc.
Then take your floor plan and draw in the furniture to scale.
For tables, please ensure at least 80 cm (31 inches) between the table edge and wall/cabinet.
Direct walkways and clear sight lines feel more spacious than a slalom. Okay, thank you very much. I would be very grateful for further ideas.
However, I don’t really know how to make the living, dining, and kitchen area bigger. We do need an office and also the storage room upstairs.
