ᐅ Developing Ideas for a Floor Plan

Hello,

We are currently planning to build a house with Viebrockhaus, model Maxime 361.

We have a rectangular plot.

If the house is placed on the plot with the entrance on the right side, the kitchen and utility room get the afternoon and evening sun. This needs to be the other way around. It should also have an open kitchen, and on the ground floor there is a toilet with a guest shower.

Does anyone have some ideas for a floor plan or tips to refine it?

You can also have house designs built as a mirror image. That way, everything is reversed 😀
Otherwise, you should post your plot of land.
It’s probably not the triangular one from the past few months anymore, right…?!

The plot will be rectangular. 600 square meters (approximately 6,458 square feet).

From your description, it’s unclear where the street is or where north is... unless I invest a lot of unnecessary time. And what’s the point of suggestions that don’t fit because of your vague description?

The Maxime 361 is currently a promotional house. If you want that model, it should be understood that promotional houses usually don’t offer much flexibility in the floor plans, unless explicitly stated otherwise. What is Viebrockhaus’s position on this???

Viebrockhaus is flexible with the floor plan. Here are the plots. Grade 1 are our preferred ones, then 2, then 3.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to use room dividers and roof windows, or how the floor plan could be modified?
