Hello dear forum,
Since I don’t have any software to draw the floor plans myself, I would appreciate it if you could lend me a hand. It’s quite difficult to quickly sketch something on paper and immediately know the 2m (6.6 ft) ceiling height in the attic and the room area, so I would be glad if you could help me out.
About the building information:

The left side (when looking from the front) must be built attached to another semi-detached house (see picture).
Building envelope: 12m (39 ft) deep / 10m (33 ft) wide (blue box)
Gable roof with 40° pitch
Basement: a separate apartment but with its own bedroom.
Ground floor: pantry and office/guest room
Upper floor: possibly an additional children's bathroom and main bathroom (for the parents) on the upper floor.
Thank you for your ideas/questions/suggestions,...

And it would be new to me that you have to use the entire building envelope 🙂 Doesn’t it look a bit odd if part of the neighbor’s property extends beyond the boundary somewhere?
Besides that, I get the feeling that the original poster just wants to get an idea of the total square meters to decide if they can afford the house and plot of land at all. I wouldn’t feel like drawing everything out in detail for that either. A simple ratio calculation of the building footprints would probably be enough for a rough estimate.

That doesn’t work. More precisely: three and a half times it doesn’t work. Slightly altered in width (that’s the half time), significantly changed in depth, then in the type (detached vs. semi-detached), and also significantly in roof pitch. If the knee wall height is also changed, that makes four times it won’t work.
Turkey instead of venison, fries instead of croquettes, peas instead of green beans, and grilled instead of braised. Tastes good too, but definitely completely different 🙂

Ok, all right, I give up.
It was really just about roughly estimating the size and then roughly calculating the cost.
By the way, there are 2 full floors WITH a basement or lower ground floor.
Only the back side is actually underground and has the basement.
The other two sides are completely open. And one side is built on level ground.
Still, thanks for the help. I will get in touch if/when I get approval from the agent.

:-p
No offense... far too little information... putting the cart before the horse.
