Hello dear forum,
Since I don’t have any software to draw the floor plans myself, I would appreciate it if you could lend me a hand. It’s quite difficult to quickly sketch something on paper and immediately know the 2m (6.6 ft) ceiling height in the attic and the room area, so I would be glad if you could help me out.
About the building information:

The left side (when looking from the front) must be built attached to another semi-detached house (see picture).
Building envelope: 12m (39 ft) deep / 10m (33 ft) wide (blue box)
Gable roof with 40° pitch
Basement: a separate apartment but with its own bedroom.
Ground floor: pantry and office/guest room
Upper floor: possibly an additional children's bathroom and main bathroom (for the parents) on the upper floor.
Thank you for your ideas/questions/suggestions,...

how large the rooms become when adjusting the roof and dimensions.Which adjustment of which roof and rooms???Der-w schrieb:
Adjustment is:
adapt 10.6 x 9.3 to 10 x 12 and change the gable roof from 25° to 40°. And change from a detached single-family house to a semi-detached house. That does not work like this.

Oh, I forgot to mention. This is a sloped plot. A minor detail. 😉
Der-w schrieb:
The blue window is already completely at basement level, so no further excavation should be necessary. Yes, nice. From where to where does the slope descend within the building area, and how steep is it?

On the plan you can see the double garage marked in yellow, which already exists. It has a basement. Who puts a basement under a garage? Fascinating! What do you do there? Breed spiders?

So the entrance could be on the right. Where is the driveway? Are there already parking spaces? What about an entrance on the east side?

Number of floors: 2.5 (including basement), 1.5 above street level
Roof type: 40° pitched roof What is the knee wall height? Maximum house height and height of neighboring buildings?

I would just like to get a feel for itFor what purpose? If you like the Hanse House, just design it with a 40-degree roof pitch or have an architect plan it. You have your two-story design, and there’s always room for a basement underneath.

Adjust 10.6 x 9.3 to 10 x 12 ...Who decides the dimensions? If Katja, Kerstin, or I adjust the house to these measurements, in my opinion, you won’t be able to “read” anything more from it — it will be 60 cm narrower but 2.7 m (9 feet) wider. You should ask yourself whether you really need the 10 x 12 m (33 x 39 feet) size if there is a basement below. You don’t have to maximize every available building plot 😉
And it’s new to me that you have to use the entire building envelope / plot allowance.
